You realize the irony and stupidity of that cartoon is that it’s impossible to use information against you if it’s hidden from the court.

You do realize that is hidden from you, your attorney and the courts is that the information was secretly (and illegally) obtained by the NSA, and then “laundered” to make it appear as if it was obtained legally.

Try to keep up with the news, if you are going to get snarky.

Lol. How cute. It is impossible to use it against you IN an OPEN court, but it definitely is not impossible to use it against you. For example, we now have SECRET courts eg FISA. And numerous SWATTed up non-judicial fedgov agencies.

Yeah. Right.

http://uk.reuters.com/article/2013/08/07/uk-dea-irs-idUKBRE9761B620130807

“As Reuters reported Monday, the Special Operations Division of the DEA funnels information from overseas NSA intercepts, domestic wiretaps, informants and a large DEA database of telephone records to authorities nationwide to help them launch criminal investigations of Americans. The DEA phone database is distinct from a NSA database disclosed by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden.

Monday’s Reuters report cited internal government documents that show that law enforcement agents have been trained to conceal how such investigations truly begin - to “recreate” the investigative trail to effectively cover up the original source of the information.”

No, it is not. The judge can see “classified” information that you cannot, and you cannot cross examine the information. Just like confidential informants can remain out of view in court; their names are not released and they do not have to testify.
