Let's see. Let's create a system that punishes the producers and rewards the (non-productive) consumers. Then, in a generation, lets look at the system and wonder why there's no food on the shelves of the stores. Let's wonder why no one has set up shops which provide jobs. Let's wonder why the people who have shouldered not only the burden of supporting their lives, but the lives of people who want to do nothing but sit at home and play video games have moved on to greener pastures. The consequences of liberal 'economics' are so easy to grasp. And yet most people either ignore them completely, or think that any collapse will happen so far into the future that it won't effect them ("I got mine").

Leftist Policies Kill Jobs and Destroy Freedoms Simultaneously When the government spends more money to hire more bureaucrats that apply more and more regulations that drive up costs, that makes less money available for productive expenditure, which means less demand for labor, then there will be less workers hired and less freedom.
