Massachusetts has had an “affirmative housing” law for years.Long story short...my neighborhood,*very* left wing,*very* prosperous Boston suburb (but I’m not rich)...a developer proposed building “affordable housing” on a parcel of idle land.The neighborhood went *ballistic*! “Think of the children”.”It’s unsafe”.”It would damage the environment”.
I kid you not.
It didn’t get built.

That was a good one, the dummies that fell for that thought that in 2 or 3 years they could re-finance and get a conventional loan.............WRONG. The bottom fell out because nobody could pay their mortgages, because they never should have been given one in the first place. It will now happen again, because, the next step Shaun/obama will take is to tell the banks to give loans to folks that don’t deserve them and can’t pay them back. Another bust for America’s financial system, brought to you by the demoncraptic party.

That’s the way I see it too. WTF how in the world will they be able to ensure that a certain amount of “minorities” live in all neighborhoods? I’m sorry to say but it will be through reverse discrimination. If not enough of a certain race can afford the big houses in certain wealthy suburbs what are they gonna do make a family who wants to sell their home wait 5 fricking years until the “right” people can buy it? This policy, however they plan to execute it, is anti-American and anti-Freedom. THIS IS NOT A SOCIALIST COUNTRY you rat politicians! Out of control is what they are.

As to living in, around, or near any major metro area because that’s where your job is, you are spot on correct. What these policies will ultimately do is end residential real estate as a wealth building/savings device. They do that because they don’t want people to be able to create wealth.

Just returned from a meeting concerning this weekend`s block party. We have committment from over 30 homeowners to respond to any future polls, census, inquiries etc that we are ALL blackhypenatedafricanamericans. SO we have sufficient Huddites and will require not adjustments.
Just think how well Harlem and every Chinatown in this country will like this.
