A poster child for the death penalty. Unfortunately, I’m betting our Muslim-in-chief may commute his almost certain death sentence if not outright pardon him.
That was obvious with most everyone in contact with him. If the US military hadn't become so PC, he would have been locked up in a padded cell years before the Fort Hood shooting. Instead, he was promoted to major and transferred.
(That said, they probably will hang him -- mainly because he's providing his own defense. And he's bat**** crazy.)

Whoever is responsible for this outlandish delay--and I am speaking as a Trial Lawyer--should themselves be investigated for possible prosecution, at the very least for obstructing justice. Instead of a deserved execution, they have made him a celebrity, untarnished even by a minor conviction!
To the prevaricating morons of the Obama Administration (and Mr.-Fifty-States-Stupid himself) this denouncing of U.S. citizenship is surely consistent with “Jihad” Hasan’s cowardly murder of unarmed people being merely “work place” violence.

Renunciation of citizenship should be cause for revocation of his commission and termination of his pay and allowances.

If a person renounces their citizenship, do they need a backup plan? Do they have to be a citizen somewhere else or can they be a free agent? Seems like travel would be limited without any passport from any country.
Oh, and hang this guy, btw.
He seems to be taking an extreme course of action over a little workplace violence.
