The Republican Party is completely finished. I see the Tea Party movement gaining steam. Libertarians will start gravitating in that direction, siphoning votes from the stupid party. I believe most Republicans will stay affiliated with the GOP, and the split between libertarianism and conservatism will be complete. No one stays where they’re not wanted with the exception of most conservative Republican voters. The libertarians will start leaving shortly....

Ironically, while the conservatives and libertarians snarl at each other on this thread, our elected officials do nothing to represent either of their interests. Methinks the blame and anger is juvenile and misplaced....
