They were in a CH-47 Chinook helicopter. I've never seen the specific S/N of the helicopter published, but would note that the Chinook is still in production (built by Boeing) in several different variants. Including one (MH-47) that's tricked out for special operations (similar if not better capabilities than the USAF's recently retired MH-53J/M Pave Lows).

The Chinook is a heavy lift helicopter. Twin-engined, with dual rotors. Even though the thing is huge (read: large target profile) it's still considered the best transport helicopter in the US inventory for the kind of high-altitude/high-temperature mountainous conditions encountered in Afghanistan.

Its really not a stretch to believe that he traded their lives for Bin Laden's. He and those with whom he surrounds himself hate everything about this nation.

Remember that photo taken live during the Bin Laden operation in the White House operations center? Remember Obama sulking off to the side, scowling at what he was watching?

I think the loss of SEAL Team Six was straight-up Moslem holy revenge. Revenge by a secret Moslem against the country he not-so-secretly resents and despises as kufr and capitalist.

You have articulated my sentiments to a tee about this affair, this affair really outrages me. My thanks to Doogle also.

The parts in the video by Admiral Lyons, Karen Vaughn, and Charles Strange, were especially moving to me. The parents who lost their sons, Karen Vaughn and Charles Strange, gave powerful passionate statements, Admiral Lyons really cut to the chase, exposing treason in the higher levels of the government and military. For an admiral of the fleet, even though he is retired, to say the things he did took a lot of courage. God bless him and all who spoke in that video.
