That might be the sanest thing Barkley has ever said. He is always one for surprises, but it’s usually a matter of how far off into the deep end he goes. Not this time.

The sanest thing Barkley ever said was when he was considering a run for the governor's office in his home state (it may have been Arizona at the time). He said one of his campaign promises was that as governor he would schedule a "Justice Week" every year -- during which all of the mutants on death row would be executed in rapid succession.
