1. First a bona fide secondary school certificate of satisfactory completion.
2. Why a “black” college? Give the woman an opportunity to expand the range of her inter-personal relationships. She needs social/intellectual broadening.
Because some “white Hispanic” might gun her down at a regular college, of course.
