She said the initial vote was three to acquit, two guilty on manslaughter and one guilty on second degree murder. So three guilty, three not.

There were six jurors. So three voted to acquit, and three voted guilty.

right, and the other 3 were for guilty(2 of mansluaghter, 1 of 2nd degree)
