AC is trying to get her to say getting out of the car was the real issue.
And that is such a load of CRAP!
IMO AC was successful (in the pro-TM sense) in getting her to admit that the jurors were confused by the law and their instructions on how to apply it. She fell for it and that is what the pro-TM crowd will pounce on. Just watch, they will try to label these ladies as idiots who had no idea about the law...
Overall she is doing a good job but I fear that that one point will be THE talking point from here on out.
