I agree. I was jury chairman on a 12 person felony trial jury. Initially, the jury was evenly split. After the first go around of discussion and people explaining their reasoning, the group quickly shifted to about 9-3. Eventually, there was a single holdout and they didn’t last too long by themselves.
My wider point is that this girl is disingenuous.
She is making excuses for herself, and beyond that, she is not helping her cause.
She is articulate enough that she is showing how seething she is toward the ‘anyone but black’ community.
What a shame.
Tell me again how Republicans will reach out to Hispanics? Quietly, later, when nobody is watching? Once again, they cower from taking the Bold Stance.
