Prosecution, defense are writing a question to send back to jury seeking clarification on jury’s question to the judge. Nelson will approve or edit to send to jury. Both sides cited case law to allow the specific question to the jury.

i think the reason the judge was smiling is she has heard that she is being criticized for her nasty behavior and is trying to look better...also notice that Omara is engaging with the judge, not West.

What don’t these jurors get about reasonable doubt. If they doubt 2nd degree they also have to doubt manslaughter.

Right. The known facts would have to change to support the conviction of manslaughter. I'll give an example below that could support the conviction of manslaughter.

GZ was playing with his PF9 by twirling it in his fingers, but inadvertently and carelessly dropped it on the concrete sidewalk causing the hand gun to negligently fire a chambered round that struck Saint Trayvon in the chest mortally wounding him.

We all know nothing similar like this happened here. We hope the jury understands too.
