I was living near LA during those riots. The riots didn’t start to calm down until the rioters realized that since they burned the post office down, they had no place to pick up their checks (it was the beginning of the month).

So it’s simple. If you riot, no EBT cards for anyone for 6 months.

That’s really the only way to communicate with the type of folks who would riot like this.

Simple way to quell or prevent rioting is to cut off public aid for anyone identified rioting.

Best way to circumvent riots? Assure the populace that they have the right to protest peacefully, but anything NEAR a riot in scape will lead to Riot Police in full gear and LIVE AMMO.

Disseminate this widely.

One or two people shot will lead to peace.
