Not good! Glad it’s moving away from you. Any hope of rain to help the fire crews? Any aerial tankers?
Sending prayers for the safety of both the fire crews and all the residents in the path of the fire.
We have smoke jumpers in from California and some other places. We have aircraft and helicopters dumping fire retardant and water.
However, it is too dry and it is not contained at all. It’s tough work since the grounds may have unexploded ordinance so the ground guys are working containment only.
No sign of rain. A massive, smoke, turned to cloud, weather system north of us.
We will pray for rain.
