No, if the House sends their own bill to Senate then it goes to conference committee and a deal will be hatched with Ryan and Rubio leading the pack. No way.

What I can’t understand is why the Republicans don’t take control of this process. If a single one of them had a brain, they would PASS all the genuine border security amendments that were shot down in the senate and force the Democrats to vote against the bill. THEN the Republicans would end up with exactly the cover those cowards seek - - “Hey, Hispanics... It was the rats who killed the bill, not us.”
Whatever. As long as it dies. That’s the main objective.
