Unless more of the queer “marriage” ruling comes out later, the sodomites lost. They were looking for legal recognition in all states, for the federal government to say if they got married in NY then Alabama has to recognize it. They were looking for the court to say that states CAN NOT define marriage, by a vote of the people or any other way. So if this is the final ruling and nothing else comes out later, the fags in my opinion lost.
