What’s with the “all-female jury” bit? Almost sounds as if the media is setting up the PMS Defense for an adverse verdict.
Last week someone said a deal was struck that the prosecution would remove all blacks from the jury if the defense would allow all white men to be removed.
You think a woman juror would be more, or less, affected by potential threats to her personal safety than a male juror would?
Goes along with the PMS guilty verdict many here have aleady rendered.
I said the same thing. I heard this from ABC radio too.
The subtle intimidation factor and emotion factor. The State is fully aware if the law and evidence trail is followed, Zimmerman will be acquited. The defense agreeing to it is what I do not understand.
