Do Bull Sharks taste like beef?

The usual response would be to say, "No, they taste like chicken."

True enough, but then shark steak tastes like shark steak (not sure what kind of shark it is) and in Florida, shark-fin is often passed of as scallops.

(Scallops are always round)
