Has any state, court or act of Congress successfully challenged any of those verifications?

Former Governor Lingle of Hawaii:
“You know, during the campaign of 2008, I was actually in the mainland campaigning for Sen. McCain. This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country. And so I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact. And yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue. And I think it’s, again, a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this. ... It’s been established. He was born here.”

You haven’t addressed the biographies. The simplest explanation is that Obama himself claimed to be born in Kenya. It’s high time for a hard look at Obama’s history.

Thanks for spoiling your own argument. Former Gov. Lingle claims that she had her former director of health isssue a news release that Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital. This is an outright lie. The news release that was put out did not even say Obama was born in Hawaii, much less announce a hospital. She makes it sound like it came out during the campaign, but this is misleading because the news release only came out a couple of days prior to the election. There’s not a whole lot of campaigning that goes on in those last two days compared to the previous several months. And contrary to her claim, a news release doesn’t prove where someone was born.
