This is so illegal.

I’ve listened to just the first couple of lectures of Mike Farris’s (Home School Legal Defense Association & Patrick Henry College) “Constitutional Literacy” class.

These alphabet agencies are out of control, and the laws and regulations they pass are completely, totally illegal.(Laws are ONLY to be passed by elected officials, not unelected bureaucrats or judges.) See Article I Section I and the 10th Amendment. (OK you all understand this better than I do, but after hearing Mr. Farris explain it, it is so clear.)

State governors need to start standing up and saying, NO MORE, these agencies are not allowed on our sovereign state soil and get them OUT of the states. Do not allow the physical presence of the FBI, IRS, EPA to set foot in your state. Have the states collect whatever federal tax and send it in.

There are remedies in the Constitution, it just will take some elected state governors and representatives with guts to stand up to the tyrants. And no doubt, it will take courage. We need some men and women with a deep understanding of our constitution and nerves of steel to call their bluff, and if the Federal government is not bluffing, and chooses to war against the states, then it’s time for states to push back against federal government, agencies and judges. They are no longer a legitimate government.

I’m not even saying secession, I’m saying, individual states decide to nullify illegal laws, regulations and AGENCIES, and then they protect their citizens from illegal enforcement by the federal government.

"This is so illegal."

Unfortunately, it's perfectly legal. It is, however, an abuse of power, and possible violation of existing administrative guidelines for electronic intercepts, and tracking subjects of investigation. Law enforcement does it every day while piloting manned patrol aircraft. There is a legal concept known as "open fields." No warrant needed for law enforcement to peer into or enter upon private property if something is seen from the roadway, or while flying over head. The new wrinkle here is drones can be used to circumvent requisite court order approvals for GPS tracking of subjects, and electronic eaves dropping.
