No, he is right. The little guy did not get prime time at the convention. That’s because guys like Romney have about as much insight into the daily lives of ordinary Republican voters as Obama does.

Santorum would not have moved the party to the right. If anything, he would have pushed the libertarian leaning folks like me even further away. Had Santorum won, then been obliterated in the general election, chances are very good that there would be no Rand Paul or Ted Cruz.

I agree with you. They should have expanded on it and brought in ordinary working people to tell their stories of working hard, building a career, providing for a family and making their own way. Obama does NOT want people to make their OWN way. He wants everyone dependent on government.
Romney's campaign was weak, stupid and ineffective. He lost. I was shocked he lost, but he did. How's that, after 6 years of full-time running for President, Romney goes back to obscurity where he came from. Sad. He coulda been a contenda.
