Not much doubt in my mind that DHS is the main recipient of this domestic intelligence. Nor do I doubt it has and will continue to be used for political purposes. Coup in progress as Rush says. Back when the Patriot Act was being debated, those who warned that freedom and security conflict at points, were not listened to.
