I am all in favor of being armed. But I don't think they're coming in jackboots to my house. They can destroy me with drones. They can destroy me electronically, stealing my assets and even making me disappear. Does this mean I am giving up? Of course not, but there are weapons at their disposal that were not dreamed of 50 years ago. Yeah I can completely go off grid but that's just not realistic for most ordinary working folk with a mortgage to pay.

Sadly, at one point in my life I was young and dumb and liberal. Then the scales fell from my eyes. Sometimes I almost envy the sheep who cannot see what the hell is going on.
