That's like here in New York city they say the bums rake in $200 a day which is at least $1000 a week no taxes. They had a story of a rookie cop last year who was foolish enough to buy a pair of shoes for a bum as the bum was walking around barefoot, and someone took a photo of it and it went viral. Then a few weeks later they found the same bum still walking around barefoot and not only that, living in an apartment paid for by the taxpayers. Hey why work when you can make pretend you're homeless with no shoes?
