Shoot 3 coworkers to death because they made fun of you?
Many people in the U.S. are wound extremely tight...Based on this, it’s a safe bet there are probably several million walking timebombs strolling around..

They went to a shooting range.
Where does ‘office prank’ enter into anything?
To: Sopater; Revolting cat!; Slings and Arrows
Lobban, 31, recently had gone to a shooting range with one of his fellow bouncers who, according to authorities, recorded Lobban misfiring a gun, then shared the video of Lobban with other bouncers at a local nightclub, the Ocala Entertainment Complex.

Well the emphasis of this article isn’t how idiotic it was to kill three people over this. The emphasis is placed on how they brought their death on themselves.
There’s this mentality out there these days, that if someone makes someone else uncomfortable, it’s a capital offense.
Rape kids, kill someone, saw off body parts... not worthy of the death penalty. No life in prison is enough.
Insult someone? Why kill them of course. It’s only reasonable. /s

Speaking personally, I would not, ever, play any pranks on that guy. Ever.

A few nightclub bouncers in Ocala, Fla., had been laughing for days over an embarrassing video of one of their co-workers. Then, tired of the teasing, that co-worker apparently snapped, killing three of them, authorities told the Ocala Star Banner. If it can happen in Benghazi, it can happen in Ocala.

Sounds to me like "thin skin" is more likely the cause. The headline seems to indicate that the prankster brought this upon himself. I don't find his taunting worthy of the death penalty. The moral of the story: Making fun of people is not funny, or smart.

It helps to be aware of your circumstances. There’s a big difference between replacing Jack’s ergonomic chair with a stool in the insurance company office and teasing “Punchy,” the bouncer in a strip club, about his shooting skills.

I Agree. The article is written with an agenda.

recorded Lobban misfiring a gun, then shared the video of Lobban with other bouncers at a local nightclub, the Ocala Entertainment Complex. I've seen pranksters give a cocked but unloaded gun to a newbie and tell him the gun kicked like a mule. When the gun just clicked but the guy gave a mighty flinch, they'd all stand around laughing and slapping their thighs. May this scenario or a dud cartridge was what happened here.
Still not worth blowing anybody away, let alone three. Maybe there's more to the story than what's printed. (Like a ton of other crap building up, and the guy snaps over something like a bent straw.)

And, how is a misfire a prank? Did Santiago do something to the gun/ammo?
Or did I miss something in the article?
To: Pollster1
Maybe the misfire showed off a sever flinch. That would get me razzed by my shooting pals.
