Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio indicated that he would not support the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill he had helped author unless it is changed.

Earlier in the day, Rubio had said that immigration reform was still short of the 60 votes it needs to pass the Senate.

Let’s hope this remains true on both counts.

Rubio is a complete dufus.

It only needs 50 votes because McConnell (the turncoat) has indicated he is not going to force Cloture. The only way we can force 60 votes is for several of the Senators (Cruz, Paul) to take the floor and refuse to relinquish it until there is a cloture vote.

We need to get Senators to stand up for American and not to bow to Mexico. At last count there were 2 of them.

The downside of voting for the Dem in order to punish these guys is getting less and less every day.

We still get the same crap shoved down our pieholes either way.
