Given that argument from the defense, his action constitutes Treason. It also makes the incident one of unlawful enemy combat action against US military personnel and their families.

He has taken up arms against the United States and
declared his allegence to a foreign state and ruler.
Hang him and tell that little rat, “You’re next.”

This should be an easy one. He was infiltrated the US Military, and now admits he was fighting for another country.

shoot him now.

But Obama will be a pussy about it, because it was only workplace violence.

Lies! All lies! Someone must have gotten to him and brainwashed him. We all know it was just a simple little workplace upset.

Hasan HAS to be lying because our dear leader SWEARS it was just ‘workplace’ violence. And dear leader is the smartest man in the universe, right?

No, not Gitmo, the Wall. He admitted in open court to being a foreign combatant while wearing the uniform of his enemy, the U.S.Army. He deserves absolutely the same treatment as Skorzeny’s Operation Greif landsers captured during the Bulge. This is his admission made of his own free will. Oh and the firing party should be armed with 45/70 trap door Springfields. Low velocity, large mass, lots of pain.

Hasan:" I Was Fighting For the Taliban"

Fighting implies both parties were armed and shooting. What this coward did was slaughter unarmed people.

To all those people who say “shoot him”. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think in the military death by firing squad is reserved for ones who are to die with their honor intact. He should be hung which is traditionally what is done with the worst form of traitor. Isn’t there plenty of examples of where this distinction has been made?

Three thoughts jump to mind.

Obama wants people to accept his lie that this was a case of workplace violence and not Muslim terrorism.

Obama also does not give a sh*t because it happened in Texas and Obama’s desire is to punish Texas for resisting his agenda.

Obama went public stating when push came to shove, he would support Muslims.

That is why the Muslim terrorist continues to be paid with US tax dollars, has not had to shave his beard, has special privileges, etc.

It will be great when the terrorist is put to death.

I’m with you on not letting him take the easy way out with death. Let any of the family victims beat him within inches of his life daily, and if they won’t do it, have a lottery for any citizen to have a crack at him.

He’s going to use the court “stage” to make his speeches...and call it his defense.

This is a standard Islamic Brotherhood tactic they are taught to do if caught and going thru our courts....it makes the nation “pay” further and they delight in watching the show. They learn and teach from these.
