The real issue here is that they are using secret email accounts to do business vs. The public ones. The excuse is volume of emails on the public accounts. Well that problem is easily fixed by filtering. Besides the public is their employer and they should be getting those mails like it or not. This practice needs to be outlawed for public servants.
