Doubt it. Every refresh I've been through I've been told to back up emails and other data on the PC to a disk (since external drives are forbidden now).

There could be any number of copies. The sender, the receiver, the senders email server, the receivers email server, numerous servers in between, any one who is ccd or blind cc’d, any server rules set up to forward or copy the emails, etc.etc.

it brings a whole knew meaning to paper trail.
