As communists, these people aspire to become bureaucrats telling everybody else how to live their lives. Both groups hate us. It's really not that different.
Who’s the communists? Most of the people demonstrating are adherants of Mustafa Kemal Attuturk and are secular or non-Islamist. Basically, city dwellers that want to live the Western lifestyle and not be told what color lipstick they can wear, that they can’t kiss in public, or can have a drink with their friends and not be called alcoholics. Where are you getting the communist part from? Curious....
