Dumb move by the Israeli here. I agree. The threats, implied or otherwise, should be backchanneled. Public protestations are one thing, but threats are something completely different. The Israelis do have a tendency to follow through on their threats, so this is going to be an interesting development.

If russia will stop selling Syria junk radar, Israel will stop being able to run around it. Russia just outfitted them a few years ago with junk. And a few years before THAT. Still Israel is able to take out any threat they find Syria working on, thank the Lord.
