Yeah, I know, and it was probably consensual, and many 15 yr olds today know way more about sex than I did at 15, and she probably knew how to say no if she wanted to say no, but the law is the law and it just seems that many laws are broken these days without consequences. Maybe I'm wrong on that, I have no basis for saying it, it's just what I observe.

Oh, I agree. I just think the law can be idiotic and intrusive.

As a parent, it should be up to me whether I want to allow the relationship or sabotage it, which is precisely what I did when my young daughter was being bird-dogged by a much older boy in high school. I made their lives so miserable she eventually dumped him.
