I heard that too, but I think its hyperbole based on the immediate situation. There was a storm in Kansas a couple of years ago that completely demolished a town, the one in Joplin Missouri that was an F-5, and last years Tuscaloosa Alabama storm.
I think he is talking about the dollar amount of property damage...we’ll see if he’s right.
