The Dems are trying to draw the GOP into semantic word games. The GOP need to lay out the basic facts and slap that down for good. Americans were targeted by the IRS based on their political beliefs. There were no “filters” for Democrat groups.
Boehner just needs to lay that all out and put it on the kenyan to “fix it”. No fix, no funding. Government shutdown.

And of course, as I predicted, they’re doing what they always do when caught breaking the law: “Poorly written laws made us do it, so we need reform.”
