Its not a revenue problem. Just who does he think will end up paying these taxes?

Why is Coburn wasting his time on a minor issue like sports at a time when the country is rapidly going to hell? GOP, the Stupid Party.

Go for it Senator Tom....

Nothing more disgusting than a professional sports player...followed by the team owner...and , of course, the season ticket holders...

Make them all pay...

It is silly to consider the NFL as "not for profit."

At a minimum, let's call them what they are and if the issue is rampant taxation, then issue tax credits, or exclusions, or reprieves.

Let's just be honest about it.

Better yet, let's get rid of income taxes and these stupid distinctions and all other taxes but one, and institute a sole source of revenue for all levels of government, a sales tax.

Bad idea. Pro sports leagues and athletes contribute substantial amounts to charity. Plus, any new taxes will be passed on to the consumers.

Coburn should focus on taxing trial lawyers' fees instead.

I’m sure the multitude of charities that benefit from PGA tournament donations would love to testify in their favor.

Can’t wait to see them call out the evil Republicans.
