If it couldn’t even get a vote before, with Republicans holding both houses of Congress and the Oval Office, it’s not going to get anywhere now.
Agreed, the Amendment is a dead issue now.
There wasn’t the political will before, when we had a clear majority, and the tide of public opinion has really turned against us in the last decade.
