Look at the timeline. On 9/11/2012, between 22:05 and 23:00, there is no record. SECDEF claims to have not been notified until the half-hour? In an age of cell and SAT phones?
Likewise, SOS and the SCoaMF were likewise not notified? For the SCoaMF, it is someone’s JOB to notify him.
This empty space is where the S#it went down.

Right - I don't doubt that there's some gaps in that account, though it's still pretty good. That was also published before the testimony given this week... I'll be watching to see if Mr. Ross uses any of that information to publish an update.
