I thought that Hunger Games was just a bunch of fiction...

But the Federal Government has made it a priority to put people on Food Stamps and has cut the Department of Defense spending...

Since Republicans outnumber Democrats in the House, they have more seats than the Democrats in this Committee.

That is why we have (apparently) just Republicans left.

Maloney (D-NY) seems to be annoyed about this, and tried earlier to get the Republicans to yield to a question...
