My wife and I just planted 3 types Arugula in one of her cattle trough planters.

In the summer/fall, often, we and visiting relatives will go out to the troughs to graze on the Arugula, various cherry/heirloom tomatoes in a bigger trough beside the Arugula. We raise basil in the tomato trough for a total salad.
