I do believe there are Christians who choose to ‘Witness” and this ‘not’ with God directing them to do so. ...doing so can have the direct opposite affect they might otherwise hope for.

I have observed the Lord working around them...distracting them or otherwise occuping them... so what work was begun can be carried out as he intends.

I concur.

I rejoice when my fellow man comes to Christ, but if they don’t, that is an issue between them and God.

I love them so I would never want them to be condemned to the Lake of Fire for all eternity future, but when they reject what He provides, they are already condemned and simply await a direct verification at the Great White Throne Judgment.
