When apprehended and brought down by the police, he was alive, they were attempting to secure his arms around his back....then his brother came barreling... running over him and dragging him down the street....My gut says he died from his brothers actions, which surely made any injury’s in the firefight all the worse.
It’ll be interesting to see how they frame the cause of death.
