So did they recover any guns from his dead brother? I’ve been wondering about this all along. You can bet they didn’t get an assault rifle. That would have been the headline.
According to what I have gathered from reports...they had only one pistol and one pellet gun betweeen them. That is the reason that the press has not been shouting about gun control.
It sound like one of the police assumed that movement was a gun and started the shooting..which was stopped by a supervisor ordering cease fire.

actually I read a report ( wish I could remember where) that they had an M4 assault rifle...
the AR-15 is a semi-automatic while the m4 carbine is fully automatic. while it is legal to own an AR15 ( this is the gun feinstein wants gone) it is completely illegal for a civilian to have an M4.
So if what I read is true... where did they get one? They are also verrry expensive 6,000 to start.
The explosives they got, FWIW, came from fireworks store in New Hampshire, supposedly. Who knows what is the truth with this case. What a rotten bunch of people. Then there’s the terrorists...
I heard on the scanner that night and reported on the live thread that Boston police were reporting two pistols laying in the street. It has been reported that they also had a M-4 rifle. I have heard nothing else about that.
