When 9/11 happened the anthrax thing followed almost immediately. Now another Muslim act of terror and again the poison thing, this time it's ricin. What's up with that?

As I understand the chronology, the ricin was sent before the Boston Marathon bombings. No one paid much attention to a local judge or a MS Senator, but POTUS suddenly got their attention.

The anthrax proved to be genetically related tot he government held strain, so it was traceable back to Deetrick. Maybe someone decided to use something that would be harder to trace if at all possible.
