The White House said Monday that the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing will not be treated as an enemy combatant, in response to calls from Republican lawmakers to consider that option.
The announcement came as a sealed complaint was filed against suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Fox News has learned that the suspect made an initial appearance in front of a federal magistrate judge at the hospital where he is still being treated. No plea was entered.
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said the suspect remains in "serious condition" at the hospital.

He’s an American citizen who committed crimes on American soil. He’ll be given a trial in an American court and left to rot (or executed) in an American prison.
The alternative is a “some-citizens-are-more-equal-than-others” system in which fair trials are no longer a right everyone has, but a privilege the government gives to the elite.
Now he can appear before a jury consisting of sympathetic liberal females, tearful that the poor boy was ‘brainwashed’ by his bigger brother and therefore not really responsible for his actions.

Yep, I'm sure Obama has a message for her to give to this kid (news libs are calling these terrorists a couple of kids) just as she did to the pretty boy prince. Saudi's are a protected class now, and it looks like also terrorists. Domestics have been for a while, and now foreign.

I agree with the charge. It doesn’t really matter since he could get the federal death penalty for using an explosive device.

The most important thing here however is to extract as much information as possible from him about who turned him and how so we can stop future actions like this.
Naturalization can be revoked. See 8 USC § 1451
