Leave it to the Brits to post something more substantial. Hate to stereotype but does that guy`s nose look a bit familiar?
Reason I ask is when they said, some years back, that "Hispanic looking", guys were getting caught at the border who coldn`t speak a lick of spanish I tracked down some of those photos and they had noses like those guys. I know what a hispanic generally looks like and those guys before were not hispanic but, after viewing enough miseastern photos, I think I can fairly closely tell the mideastern face and with guys, its all in the nose and brow/eyes area. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/apr/18/boston-bombing-fbi-images-suspects-live
