Actually putting them out for lots of people to see is helpful. Here is a picture posted by somebody on Reddit, showing one of the people of interest after one of the explosions (look at the corner of the building in the left of the frame). It has much higher resolution than the video still frames.

The guy walking 2 steps ahead of white hat (suspect # 2): a.) has no black hat or sunglasses (shed disguise?); b.) brown hair similar to suspect # 1; c.) has the identical intent look as white cap; and d) might have tan trousers identical to black hat (suspect # 1) if a previous frame is available - - - ?
BTW, what is the white-haired guy in the foreground smiling at?
BTW, BTW, if the shed black hat of suspect # 1 was discarded, then hair DNA from that black hat could identify this creep.
