People should look at their shoes etc. Foreigners dress differently than Americans. I’m not kidding, and their could be clues.

You are right. They do dress differently. I lived in the UK. One thing that struck me was the backwards baseball caps and one wearing a V-neck. Guys here don’t wear those as much, but they do in the UK. They dress a lot like the Paki youth in the UK.
