Until that is resolved -- and it will be resolved in the Committee's favor -- the Fast & Furious investigation cannot proceed.
Since he's come into possession of some sealed court records -- which can't be entered into evidence -- Issa probably already knows much of what he'll find in the DOJ records. But, what he finds there, he'll actually be able to use.
Issa is rigidly following due process, rather than grandstanding. Necessarily, that's a slow process. But isn't that what you'd want him to do?
I guess we will have to wait and see.
