Hopefully the perp is at Gitmo being waterboarded RIGHT NOW.
That would be apropriate ... and moral. Whatever info we got could help prevent future attacks.
Will never happen under Obama/Holder, though. They'd rather use drones to blow people to bits, than send them to Gitmo.

The perp(s) is(are) probably Islamists of some kind, whether "homegrown" or foreign born. Worst possible news for Obama. Somebody leaked too much info earlier about the perps and their arrest status, and Holder clamped down.
Meanwhile, Holder et al are furiously trying to find ways to soft-pedal the news ... and still blame Bush/Tea Party/Republicans in general.

Just heard on ABC radio news that the courthouse employees have gone home for the day. But there are about 200 members of the press still gathered outside the courthouse and they are not leaving.
