those two guys in beige military pants and black coats and backpacks look like they have wires going to their ears.
Yesterday they said that there were plain clothes LEOs in the area. (local news/FOX affiliate) We may be seeing law enforcement, not suspects.
Those two guys look like security / FBI / cops.
They are wearing the exact same outfit. The one clearly has an earbud in only 1 ear. The other one (less pictures, lighter skin tone) has a picture where he is adjusting something on the same ear.
